Last week, students from St Brigid’s participated as the representative school in the Innovations and Opportunities in Australia’s Dairy Industry Careers Panel.
Students had the opportunity to hear from three representatives working in the dairy industry, exploring the National Science Week theme: Innovation: Powering Future Industries. They were also introduced to opportunities and pathways to careers in the industry.
Throughout the session, panellists shared their stories about the innovations in technology and management practices employed along the dairy supply chain. They provided practical advice for people interested in pursuing a role in the sector.
