Year 11 Hospitality

Last week in Year 11 Hospitality, our talented students got creative in the kitchen, whipping up an array of delicious tapas dishes!

On the menu: sticky pork belly bites, zesty chorizo with lemon, succulent squid with a lime mayonnaise dipping sauce, and crispy potato bites. Each dish was packed with flavour and showcased incredible culinary skills.
