Welcome to the New Academic Year!
Dear St Brigid’s Community,
Happy New Year and welcome back to another exciting school year! We hope you had a restful and enjoyable holiday season. As we kick off the year, we are thrilled to share the latest updates and highlights in our first issue of Spark News for 2025.
We are delighted to celebrate the outstanding achievements of our students. Whether it’s academic excellence, artistic talents, or community service, our students continue to shine in various fields. Congratulations to all our achievers for their hard work and perseverance!
This edition includes important reminders of upcoming events. It also includes a special report on the Wellbeing Barometer 2025. This report provides valuable insights into the mental and emotional wellbeing of our students and highlights areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. We are committed to fostering a supportive and nurturing environment for all.
We are pleased to feature an insightful article from our Assistant Principal titled “St Brigid’s Catholic College – Our Learning Culture.” This article delves into the core values and principles that define our school’s approach to learning, emphasising the importance of curiosity, resilience, and collaboration.
We hope you enjoy this edition of Spark News and look forward to a fantastic year ahead.
Thank you for your continued support and involvement in our College community.
Mr Adam Murdoch
College Principal
